LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS
The meeting will be near the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. You may email the hotel at mhrs.wasgw.dors@marriot.com with the information listed below. You should make your own hotel reservations no later than June 26th (at 5:00pm EST) by calling 800-228-9290 (or 703-920-3230). Be sure to mention you are with the MSE-99 Conference meeting to obtain the group room rate of $130. It is recommended that you fly into the Washington National (Ronald Regan) Airport which is less than 5 minutes away from the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service is available to the hotel by calling from the baggage claim area. The hotel is connected to the Crystal City Metro stop for convenient access to the Nations Capitol, D.C. monuments, and Smithsonian museums.
