The pre-requisites for the course are:

• Physics 212: Electricity and Magnetism (Basic understanding of Electricity)***

• Time commitment of about 12 hours/week (average for class) including the lecture and labs.

• An open mind

Students are expected to develop and implement an innovative system as an entrepreneurial venture or a system that solves a particular problem in their labs. The course project is allotted about 40% of the course grade and is executed outside of class meeting times.
